Health & Harmony Natural Foods is unique because we as owners and operators are a Farm Family committed to having the highest quality products possible! We maintain a standard that provides products that are Organic by practicing all Organic Methods, Certified Organic, Certified Naturally grown quality products at it's best. We believe in and practice Sustainable Agriculture. We do not use chemicals on our crops.   I have photos to prove crops that have lost the battle with insects. Miserably!   But we learn from that.  Our chickens that we raise on our farm are humanly treated pasture raised and fed all Organic Feed from certified local growers.

What drives us 
As parents we have always provided our children with home grown nourishment.   As a family we have always raised our own chicken for meat and eggs, our own turkey for meat, actually, a whole assortment of livestock and produce that always put good clean healthy food on our table.   Our goal is to provide you and your family with the same high quality food we consume.   Although we may not be able to grow or raise all our product, you will have the opportunity to purchase locally raised meats, produce and dry goods with our highest expectations of quality food you and your family will ever consume.

Our Family and Help
My family is my help.  My kids were born and raised on our farm.  They have a work ethic second to none.  They do what ever is asked of them and do it well!   My wife is truly a blessing to me, She is the back bone to Health & Harmony Natural Foods!  My family all pitched in and helped bring our store together.   They washed and cleaned pretty much every inch of the store.  Replaced ceiling tiles and scrubbed bathroom floors!  Painted walls and helped fix what needed to be fixed.  We had a new floor installed and above new lights.  My wife and kids ordered stock, built the shelves and then stocked them.   Before you knew it, Health & Harmony Natural Foods was born.  Please check out our Home Farm website www.mansionmarketfarms.com

We carry a full line of Certified Organic Bulk Foods (pre-packaged for sanitary reasons) consisting of beans, cereals, dried fruit (yes including kiwi), flour, grains, nuts, soups, canning supplies, herbs and spices.  We have a wide variety of Gluten Free snacks and foods.  We carry Boars Head and Applegate Deli products.  No Hormone's No Antibiotics and No Nitrate or Nitrites.   We make our own fresh German, Italian, Polish and Breakfast sausage right in our store.   All from local free range grass fed all natural pork.
